Too many of our babies are being labeled before they’re ever taught. Before we call it behavior, we have to take a step back and ask what they were shown, what they were taught, and what tools they actually had to work with. The Growth Standard creates space for youth to learn, practice, and apply the skills they’ve been missing, while still holding them accountable.
